If you want, try this file. You have 2 files, first file is immo_off. Try writing it, the programmer has to calculate checksum. Second file (MPC_FLAS_IMMO_OFF_CHECKSUM) is immo off with checksum calculation but I'm not sure if it's calculated right.
Please confirm if it is work.
