How many minutes or hours should I wait before the "Locked" message changes to a "code in" message on the display. I have the code but I cannot enter it because of the Locked message. I have already powered the radio for 10 hours but it is still locked.

I short EQ1 to ground but it still display locked.

When i hold "4" and push "power" twice it unlock but after 10 minutes it locked again.
