Civic 2008 Dashboard shows "NO" or "N0"

Hi pals somebody has or konw what is this problem? Honda Civic EX 2008 shows this letters NO or N0 instead odometer. No faults at all at ECU or ABS. I have tested with some other Dash and shows the letters too.
Somebody knows what is this?

open and see eeprom data change or some one edit but fail

eeprom was ok Im attaching this, As i said other similar dash do the same.

I am unsure of your issue but would assume that there is some communication problem. Have you tried a cluster test/reset?
