Please help with a calibration on e-UP 2019.

I tried with original polish X-Tool, but no luck.
The the panel same like Beetlee.

12E920860E

Nec D70F3427 and eeprom 95320 (ATMLP5BBGV)

The original KM 12620Km
I need 8800Km

Can SMOK or DP4 (or any other tool) do these clusters by OBD ?
Or do they need to have eeprom+flash read directly?
