BSI-reboot procedure

As there seems to be issues with the Peugeot-BSI, here is the reboot procedure for. it

I know this has caused many a problem for MUX 206 owners who have reconnected the battery incorrectly and literally fried the BSI.

Its also worth noting that jump starting these is not a very good idea. Remove the battery and charge it seperately.
