DTC OFF Siemens SIM32 Renault, is this possible ?

Hello friends, I have searched and I have not found any post answered to the request to delete dtc in this Siemens Sim32 ecu model.

The car data are:
-Renault Clio
-d4f d7
-1149cc
-55kw
-Year 2006


I need to delete a dtc "DF102-AVAILABLE ALTERNATOR POWER INFO, CAN junction fault" from this control unit:
-SIEMENS SIM32
-S120200105A
-8200522357
-5200510536
-0/10526/86661 4397/06144 / 002A5


I also failed to convert the "DF102" dtc into the "Pxxx" format.


Could someone help me with either problem please?
