Octavia 1.9 TDi 66kw ALH - hot start fix/light tune

Hi, I have Octavia 1 with ALH engine equipped with EDC15V ecu, car has problems with hot starts, it takes about 5-6 seconds of cranking to start.
Anyone who can make hot start fix and decent tune ? Nothing extra.
