Mini 2002 Convert EWS 3 to EWS 4.3 with EMS2 ECU

Hi,

Have a 2002 Mini with a EMS2 ECU and EWS3 (org) and new EWS 4.3 (Replacement from Dealer).
Can someone transfer the Data so all is fine ?
Sync between DME and EWS is not right (ISTA-Message)
Anyone have a Prog that can decode these old EMS2-ECUs ?
