Programming problem ECU IAW6 LP1.40 307cc 2003 Please Help

When I try to program the Virgin file, it is programmed but RPM does not exceed 3000..... And when you work configuration device PP2000 The operation is not working..why I need help

I had same situation with iaw6lp I hade to read pin from new ecu and virgine BSI and make all telecoding in bsi make keY and did not touch ecu dump.
Tried all kinds off ecu virgin programed all and always not rev 3000rpm and dtc telecoding and after i got esp /abs not present
Maybe you got bad reading but i solved arround way . bsi virgin and did not touch ecu dump.
