Speed limit for edc16u31 ecu

Hello, can some one help to set speed limit 120km/h on the seat edc16u31?
Already tested in eeprom and in flash...but without succes.
In flash already tried:

you should also be able to set a speed limit in vagcom /vcds
ive removed limiters that way on edc16u31 ecu

Here you go mate and your ecu is a edc16u34 not u31 pass in pm please leave thanks and rep

Thanks for help, but i'm already tried adress: 1E7418 and it dosn't work. In vcds you can remove limiter i think not set...in eeprom km limiter was 300.
Maybe no solution for it?)
