Change ori file size from 4.5 mb to 4 mb

Hello,

I have a ori file for a mk7 gti 2014 that I want to write with my kess 5.017 clone. The only problem is that my kess only writes 4 mb files and the ori file is 4.5 mb. Is there a way to change the size of the file to 4 mb??

How did you read the file? You should NOT write the file with Kess because EDC17 is TPROT protected and you will just kill the ECU. Use Ktag or anything that read/write on bench or BDM100

Its not EDC17 but Simos 18.1. The file is a vr read file from the original kess v2. The only problem is that the clones only write 4mb’s files. I have done it before on another simos 18.1 with succes. So is there a way to convert the 4.5 mb file to a 4 mb size file?
