Hey guys trying to do odo correction on used cluster for a 2013 Audi A6 4G8. I have read Skey via obd. Does the eeprom need to be removed or can it be read in circuit with pogo?? Also I read skey 4 times and each time is slightly different is this normal?? Using x-tool from eastern europe.

I never did it but how i readed you need to read skey with OBD and then remove eeprom read eeprom load skey and then write 0km in eeprom then solder back eeprom and with tool OBD write new km... What tool did you use to read skey?

But that's only if instrument cluster is BOSH i think if it's other then you can do it directly in eeprom but i'm still not sure

Normal or not after read eeprom in bench you have original if samething go wrong.

So, just do it, that's it.
As I know x-tool to do this job without problem.

S-key read only obd2 away for prepare eeprom in bench then last option obd2 .

Yes I agree I will read eeprom on bench but reading skey via obdII the dump differs slightly. Is that a problem??
