Mileage adjustment Golf 7.5

Hi mates, does anyone know how to adjust the mileage on the golf 7.5 and touran from 2018? Until this date I have no problem, but the new ones I have not been able to do any. I work with Smok and Obdstar. These tools read the mileage but are not able to write the new mileage. If anyone knows what tool does this? Greetings to all friends

Tried with obdstar and smok and it doesn't work. He reads the mileage but does not write. Tomorrow I'm going to test with a friend's dp4. Greetings
