Need help with pops and bangs tune for simos 18

I ordered a stage 1 pops&bangs tune for my mk7 gti but it doesn't really pop like it suppose to do. My tuner gived my different tuning files to test but they al sound the same. It more sounds like a burble/crackle noise. Sometimes it gives a few pops but most of the time you hear nothing. Someone who can help? I like to get real POPS and not a burbling noise. I will attach the tuning file below.

I also tryed another 3 inch downpipe today but the same result :/. Sometime it gives a few pops but it doesn't pop like it suppose te do. And it neutral it doesn't pop at all..
