Fiat Punto IAW5SF3.M1 - Virgin ECU

I have this used ECU from Fiat Punto IAW5SF3.M1 that I want to virgin to install on other car.
Can someone help me Virgin these files.
Attached is Flash + Eeprom files. I read with MPPS on the bench K line.
