It's your DPF OFF file. Reset DPF before writing.

I have a problem,

DPF cleaning is on display an always running regen, but every time fails, i cannot reset DPF to new with any diag, always failed, seem to me that is stuck in regen i eeprom, and cannot reset, anyone had similar situation?

I have tested, still stuck at regen mode, and dpf cannot be reseted. when start car start regeneration is on
