Just a quick note for anyone experiencing problems with their PS3 failing to read blue Ray discs. I have a 60gb launch day model purchased March 2006, it was having problems loading Blue ray games or movies. All normal discs would load as normal. Called HMV Direct as the sold me the system, they were not interested. Called Sony customer service this afternoon @ 4 pm and they will have a refurbished model of same spec to me on Friday - even though my system is 2.5 years old. Think you'll all agree this is top notch customer service. 10/10 and a gold star to Sony are in order - thats how you keep customer loyalty. :celticscarf::celticscarf:
