It's not VIN ........it's immo ID.

Tried to make AKL this Polo 9N:

Leave ignition ON for 30 minutes

Enter pincode: 09301

Wait 30 minutes again then enter programming. AFter that it show verified login failed.

I cannot read ECU immo data (diagnose ECU and clear DTC without problem)

Does someone has idea? It seem shoes store had failed before car came to me.

If you think it is the wrong pin.
Get a dump with confirmed pin, and try that. To ensure the procedures and hw is all well.

I use both 48 and TP23. Battery support

X300, IM508, X100, SKP900, FVDI all failed. Pin read correct from Im508 and from Dash dump.

I think ECU is locked when car come to me. I'll try VCDS and immo OFF.
