Need eproom file 93C86 - VW Polo

I need the file form the eproom 93C86 to the following dashboard

VW 6Q0 920 820 N
VD1 110.080.125/021
VW Polo 2003

I had a problem reading my original one. In attach I send what I could read, but it's corrupted. It doesn't appear the hours and mileage appears error.

Mine is a 6Q0 920 820N and yours it's a 6Q0 920 803
