HONDA CRV DASH GAUGE BLINKING

Anyone had the same problem on this HONDA CRV RE 2008 year MODEL?
I already replaced all capacitor's/ 2 regulator/can ic and reflow all component but i got the same problem.nothing is change still blinking.... can somebody help me to figure out what is the exact problem?

yes, I also had a problem like that, and I have replaced the transistor component, but the problem has not been resolved,
