question about kess slave files

hi mates can someone explain this thing?
i have two slave files that i have downloaded from alientech both of them have same numbers and software 04l906056 cl 2795.
i opened them into winols and i have a lot of differences.Is it normal?
also i have original file that i downloaded via ktag from alientech databank and original that sent my master.
i am very confused can someone explain?

your using a slave so your files are encrypted to your master only he can unpack your files

Yes I know that only master can decrypt them.Perhaps I have differences because of encryption? And if I will have a mod file from my master eg dpf off can I write it to another car with same ecu and software or is too risky?
