a5 bcm

good day all, i have a5 with cluster not switching on. no comms to cluster, abs, steering column and parking brake. i changed cluster no luck, cluster has supplies, if i plug it in it does needle vibration. i suspect bcm is issue to switching it on via can. i have fault of cpu2 internal fault. before i get another bcm would like to be sure its not software issue. car starts, remote working and some other functions. thank you.
