If you get the key programmed without tweaking with the Transmission, car will start but it wont engage your gears.....so no movement.

What you need to program key's in W164/X164/W221 :

1. put key hash'es in EZS - possible only for "old" 164 EZS based on S12 motorola/freescale MCU, but after 2006/6 NEC V850 (palermo,havana, cuba, milano mask sets) used in EZS - we haven't solution's for this CPU reprogramming - only replace and then personalize with "orange" key...

2. put key hash'es in engine ECU (ME 9.7, Delfi CDI5 ....) or "renew" and then personalize and make SCN with "online" , code injector's in CDI, learn another functions.....

3. put key hash'es in 722.9 gear control module - drain oil from gearbox, remove EHS (elektro-hydraulic system module) , dismount gear control module, try to open it and "renew" and then personalize and make SCN coding with "online", or replace to new one and personalize/SCN it.

4. put key hash'es in ISM (Inteligent Servo Module) - remove ISM from gearbox, try to open it - write hash'es to CPU (ST10F269) or "renew" to virgin state or mount new ISM and then personalize,make SCN coding (online only), learn servo functions....

5. get new or used keys and write previously generated dump's.

Is anyone try to change EIS with NEC CPU with EIS with Motorola CPU inside ?
I think that in 722.9 transmission system have a SPI eeprom but I don't know where is a control point to access to it.

one of my friend made a mistake he bought the AK500 there is nothing special just diffrent pattern and that shows more function but doen't works and when he asked to the supplier they said we are just working on it so just wait
and now AK400 is for 300$ and AK500 for 2600$ but the functions are the same

if see any website to buy AK500 they will show you the photo of the OBD socket and they says it works by OBD but its really bullshit because i opend myself the socket there are only two wire one is connected to the ground and one to the possitive to get the power supply if you like to work in the car

I know its possible now to create key only out of NEC mcu in EZS.

So 2 things are hacked : hash calc of key and NEC mcu.

thelegendweb can do it already and noimmo.lt say that solution is comming

hello,this is my first time to work on 722.9 transmission on GL500 X164, the last EGS had malfunctioned and the owner bought new one so i was called to program it to car since it was not changing gear so i copied SCN and Vin from old EGS to this new one and learn servo functions using FVDI abrites but now the car is no engaging any gears and key is shown on dash, is there anything i have not done. what can i do to get it working again? i dont have STAR DIAGNOSTIC TOOL.
