Does anyone use Nuovolta software and can share experiences?

I have been using it for 5 months. I had no problems. I do around 15-20 files a day. Sometimes Chiptuning files are not in the system. I open a ticket and they add it in 5-10 minutes. Tech support is incredibly fast, I felt the need to ask how they fixed it so quickly. They said that there are solutions, but that the algorithms are incompatible in files read with different devices, and they are introduced according to the device that makes instant reading. A new interface came a few days ago. They added DTC. I haven't tried it yet. It wasn't necessary. Because when I make dpf egr scr files, the codes are already deleted. I am satisfied for now.
