flash and eprom attached

Is it locked after immo off ?

the ecu was touched by some else so maybe they try to do immo off
as far as i know if ecu is locked the car will not start
is there any solution ?

Try to find another original dump from here with the same part number, then immo off or just change PIN.

yes i did that but i needed to repair eprom chks and car started thanks
