I need some help with Volvo P31476261 Module connection.
I have CPT RH850 activation however I do not have time to buy the ISP Adapter. I am trying to use UPA without success.
I translated the CPT diagram to UPA connection with Power Supply (see below). But when I turn 12V and try to connect, I am getting error:
"Vdd/Vcc Out of Range
Reading: 1 Errors Found Device: R7F701330 Range: 0 - FFFF"
Please help if you read this module in the past with UPA. Thank you.
{ P.S. I already tried to swap TX with RX. }

I am able to read the code flash only and it verifies without errors. I am unsure if the data flash is somewhere in there but try to read the code flash. I have oscillator set to 16000kHZ other settings don't work for me and voltage at 3.3v. It is wierd that i can read teh code flash and not the data flash.

Thank you for your help. I am able to read Code flash as well with external 12V power supply but when I try to read Data Flash I am getting an error and it will not read it.

Check the post form km666 slavax seems to have made a mistake in connecting CPT pin 9 and cpt pin 2.
CPT pin 2 should be Vcc and not ground and CPT pin 9 should be ground

Hello, add to the topic, the module has certain anti-write protected places.
I wonder which section to write to...
Some equipment such as Gct, CPT already has this configuration, but there is no information for oneself to implement it.
example: for us we have Upa-s.
I have also read that this Renesas Rh850 in particular has a configuration of reading and writing bytes, something like the 8byte 16 byte eeprom...
Note that this Module requires a certain writing speed...
But I wonder where this question is added or placed?...
The Upa-s in this case I don't see: Bytes: Range: xxx
Remember, this MCU must be erased before writing and you can kill a board, airbag, etc.
