I have similar problem with same ecu and tool before 4 days..after read, flex delete ext flash and i dont have comucation with ecu any more..i use ktag for read/write after and all was ok..

Hi check if with my original you can resume your ecu, write it in bdm

what device you used to read ecu (I have got flex ,Ktag and FgTech)?
your file contains micro and flash but I need E2p too.
