After this problem, maybe is time to say what happen to car before you do.
Clio 3, Modus has steering fault, so the immo light is steady and it can make you confuse that come from ECU

After eeprom programed with your virgin file, I маке only injectors coding and car is clean of DTCs, but immo is activated and LED is ON permanently. The motor crank 5sec. and stop.
I dont know if is it need to recode the Key again?
The story is: The car had a problem with the UPC module (damaged by water), which damaged both the BCM and the ECM. Before falling into my hands the owner of the car has sent the ECM to repair it and they have lost it :fatigue::culpability::neglected:. I changed UPC+BCM+ECM with 2nd hand (the three modules was purched separately). I made a virgin BCM with Renolink and BCM + one Key (the original of the car) was programed in Renault dealer service with the VIN of the car.

Use renolink to Virgin steering and write VIN. That is your actual problem.
Key, BCM, ECM + steering are immobilizer sytem.
For the Clio3, Modus: UPC often dammaged by water, just change and don't touch any others modules.
After Virgin steering, Ignition OFF than ON and you'll see immo light go OFF if key, BCM ECM already programmed.

Finally, the car's engine start :dancing2: ! Work with #rafal virgin file + ECM learned by CAN Clip in Renault dealer service ! The problem was that the car did not autocoding the ECM with any of the virginized files :confusion::confusion::confusion: (#rafal virgin file; first 2 lines FF; first 2 lines 00; IUD3.2 parciale; IUD3.2 totale; MEUCCI) and the mechanic of Renault dealer service has no idea how to do ECM learn process:stupido3:(because they receive programmed modules from the factory).
#rafal, is your file universal for DCM1.2 or is it made only for this car?

About my file:
I did virgin but not autosync.....so of course need to be learned by clip.
