Hi I'm trying to read the mileage data in this PIC18F87K90 using PICKIT 3, anyone have clue how to connect it? I include all thing I know in a single image attached below, Thanks!

Hello, I have tried to search it using multimeter, I have found some connection, but I dont know the rest. I think it really have to do with those 5 hole that I marked in the picture.
