the org ecu is burned we have another ecu from same car but both ecus has same data on eeprom
i think immo data stored in flash

and one more thing............. inside 95160 or 95320 - not 95640

that is not the ecu ; this one has 95640 and ecu part number is 671 540 04 32 / 28341188
