Lexus GS300 ABS\TRC\VSC not working

Lexus GS300 installed 3UZ-FE engine from GS430.
ABS \ TRC \ VSC does not work. Help someone, make the firmware to work + euro2.
I am attaching the stock.

P0504 - ABS \ TRC \ VSC does not work due to this error, because the brake system is vacuum. And on the GS430 it's electronic.
Engine from GS430, used to be 3gr-fse
also, you need Euro 2, with disabled catalysts and remove the speed cutoff.
