I started making this car whit x tool and when the flash started to be written, the car battery stopped and the dashboard died.
i have flash and eprom saved

If before backup save all ok ....you need open dash and write flash/eeprom mcu bdm away and all by ok .

You don't have BDM for MC9S12.
Here you have the pinout for the SMOK programmer.
Find the places on the board where these pins go so that it is more convenient and that you do not have to solder to the processor itself.
Included MC9S12XHZ_QFP112 and MC9S12XHZ_QFP144
