Kangoo 2010 1.5 dci Airbag 8201 025 624 module needs replaced fault.

Hi. I have a Kangoo 2010 1.5 dci Temic Airbag module 8201 025 624 what has the ecu needs replaced fault in it and wont let to do anything whit it (code clearing , vin change..)Basicly its locked or something.
Can someone clear out the dump or give a blank one ? There is my dump from eeprom.

So.Tried it today , crash data empty ,but "ecu must be replaced" flag still on ,and still locked .. Any idea about this? Thanks
