Fiat ducato , Iveco Daily after 2006 engine ECU changing qw

Need some consultation for Fiat ducato and Iveco Daily from 2011
If I will install virginized engine ECU Fiat, Iveco(EDC17, 16, MM MJD...)
Which tool can to adapt this ECU with BCM?
Or this virginized ECU will self- adapt automatic after installation in vechicle (immo, coding)?
