maybe bad dump? because it has no vin too

Use Psa Diagtool and reconfigure, suspect batt went flat and deleted info from Bsi, if you look at vin you wil notice that there is ----------- instead of vin. Like previously mentioned by Kiszka post ecu dump and work from there.
