anybody know which ic or mcu holds programmed data such as vin etc on a vectra c cim module . have read the two 908`s nothing in them that means anything

didnt you see the eeprom? 93c66

procedure always is : EASY WAY FIRST!!
so search eeproms first.

is it clearly marked 93c66 or is it masked ? have you a pic of where it is ?

no, but if you get a data sheet for the 93c66 (dribble) and then put voltmeter on the relevant pins whilst powered up, or solder speaker wire to the various pins and probe with voltmeter. You can work out if it has same pinouts

oytherwise no idea, dude.

Its 93LC76. And the second ic is in steering angle module - 24C04.
