The EEPROM is on the other side of the PCB, remove it completely and you will find an EEPROM 95320 OR 95640 . Read it and send the file here

That looks like a bad ABS read to me.

Do you have any OBD tools? Even some of the cheaper ones can do this OBD (eg. OBDProg or OBDStar tablet)

Yes it will be fine, KM is located at location 1860, original was 614,146.19KM new is 60,000.00KM
