Golf BKD EDC16U1 Duration and SOI help

Hi guys, currently working on a BKD PD140 with GT1856v turbo.

Tomorrow i am fitting Firad 120% injectors and need help calibrating duration and SOI.

Firad 120%
Garrett GT1856V aiming for 2.1Bar
4 BAR
MAF Removed
EGR Removed

I was going to reduce Duration about 45% but that doesn't seem like a good idea.

Currently this file is stock apart from 4 Bar MAP sensor and MAF removed.

Smoke isnt an issue although id rather not have coal out the back :D

Can anyone shoot me in the right direction?

You need to calibrate duration and soi and remember fiards are not linear increases or decreases.

120s are around 40 to 50% bigger then stock injectors you need to work out your afr from these percentages and calibrate duration and soi to suit.

Lets say you inject 68mg of fuel in map with 120 fiards you will actually get around 95mg to 102mg of fuel in real time so you need to take this into acount with bigger injectors.

Log log and log thats it.
