Volvo V50 Siemens SID803A ecu problem , off posible ?

Hi

We have Volvo V50 2008 2.0 Diesel with Siemens Ecu 5WS40562A-T SID 803A
The car come to our garage with one non working injector.
It was hard to start the car , after when started running on 3 cylinders .
After check all the wiring we decided to clone ecu , we took exactly the same from the shelf and clan it on the bench using I/O Terminal ( full read and write eprom and flash ) Checked all the files the same !
Still the same but at this time battery when flat . From this time another injector off so not running on two on this moment .


Also :
Immo : Steering lock control - non active
Immo : The state of the steering lock - unlocked
Immo : Initial state steering lock - confirmed
Immo : Check of the engine control - no ok
Immo : Condition of the fuel pump - active
Immo : Immo programming - defective

Any one can help us or switch Immo off if its possible , we are using IO Terminal

Immo off no help you , because car have another big trable .

Hi. Check the installation. Often the wiring harness rot. What are going from the ecu to the engine. You have something on the can line. Or the cubes on the ecu do not connect well.
