Help with 2015 Polaris RMK800 Snowmobile klms and hours please.

Hello good people! Attached is a 24c04 file from a polaris RMK800. Currently showing 4050 klms and 166.9 Hours.
can someone help me change to 1400klms and 43 Hours?

Perhaps even enlighten me on how the hours are calculated would be a total bonus!
