Write problem with cpt

Toyota Auris airbag ecu Trw 89170-02560 eeprom atmel 25040
I disabled the eeprom. I read the eeprom with cpt without any problems. I am getting an error when trying to write.
" write memory ...done!
verify memory ...address 00000026 compare fail! "

and also after "check blank" operation this fault:
" check blank memory ...address 00000026 not blank! Value: 80 "

Is there a physical problem with the eeprom? Looks like it's locked? If there's anything I can try, I'd appreciate it if you let me know. It is very difficult for me to find from the same eeprom in a short time. The situation is somewhat urgent.

I tried write with ezp2019 today. It seems to be writed correctly. I'll report the situation again after I put the ecu to the car.

I solved the problem. I put the ecu to the car today. There is no fault. You can try any other programmer to this eeprom. Best regards
