Firt dump with pin code known to help verify calculation hex = A1 35 1D 68 -> pincode = 641573

Second dump with unknown pincode hex = CF 37 1F 92 -> pincode = ??????

I think You need to sync Immo to ECU (i am not sure if New Immo is Plug n Play)

But for replacing New ECU, it is Plug n Play. When you install a new ECU to bikes, it will Automatically sync to Immo when Ignition was ON

I dont know if Immo is work the same.

pin code from the second one I can't check. but I have something interesting for you (see photo)
