I compared the files. I think the first one was badly readed. But both versions are the same (0281010271). You can try writing a second file (Opel_Vectra-B_2).

I found the original version 0281010271. Your file Opel_Vectra-B_2 is with many changes . I would suggest delete egr from the original version. I attached the original file.

You can try this file. I deleted EGR but did not deleted the error p0400. This error is often due to a vacuum leak.
