can someone explain how to do MAF off on edc15 ecus? (Vag group)

Using edc suite i see Switch blocks (map adress : 51c30)
which their value is = 0
this means its maff on?

making that value 257 will do Maf off?

basically yes. you must still delete dtc when disconnecting the connector. and also set mg / st according to the sensor map

if maf off, will car do black smoke?
and what are negative effects for a engine if maf will be off.

if the maps are set correctly, there will be no black smoke. or a large performance adjustment so minimal. but it must be mapped correctly. there are no negative effects. for example 1.4 tdi it is factory set on the map.
