Check car on Live data...somethine is wrong..maybe turbo. SCR wont limit ur speed. something else is wrong. Write original file then drive car and see what DTC come. sometimes some SCR OFF solutions delete more DTCs than necesary. IF all ok with org file first reset SCR+DPF then write SCR OFF file
