My first experience with Elprosys dp4 not so good..it will end up in court.

Hi guys.
Recently i bought dp4 from Elprosys website..
We all know they had sale on for:
••Dp4 Software Package In Full Version ••

So i decided to buy it..
I read pdf car list etc..all good.happy ok..
Tool come...i active tool ..download software..all nice..

Juat to see how it works i used it on my van VW T6 2019..
Done read km etc all works..
There is a option for read immo and show immo data..

I press it and message pop up software activation 802 not active[emoji848]..

So i messages on there fb page to see why some activation 802 in not active when this is Full package of software??

I got answer that this software is not active in full version of dp4..

So i asked how come full version is not full??
And why there is no information on website that full software package is actually not fully operating unit??.

So the answer was that we just call this full package but is actually not full..

So i ask nicely to active my tool as a purchase full package of software for dp4 ..its states clear on website and on my invoice. that its Full version package dp4

Elprosys refused to active all available software for dp4..
Thay said i can return tool with in 14 days if im not happy..

I told them that im not returning the toll as i want to use it.just yous sold me tool that requires aditional activation to actualy be Full..

So i will try to prove the point in court in Poland as the advert of dp4 states clear

This post is not about make bad name for this company..is about to prove point that they advertise something that is not true.and thwy sell this like that..
So did anyone every thought this way??

Im surprised that they offer dp4 in full software package and they dont activate all software..

So i asked them how many activation is need it to be active so dp4 will actually come in full version??.
They reply to me..
723 software is active
18 not active..

its full for KM, not for some other things like immo.. (and maybe km brazil/india also not active).

subway calls their sandwich foot long, but its a but shorter. its just a name.

it even says in the advert "to select appropiate software packedge contact elprosys employees", which you didnt do.
its not very nice to advert with 'full version', but there is nothing you can do about it.

just be happy with the tool for a good price.

Yes thisbis right if you want anything else that is not in full software package..for example vw only..bmw only...

I eventually got agreement with Elprosys..
Details i keep for my self as its between us..
I think would be not fair to lay out all here..
Case wont be going to court...

If you undertand
Full software package for dp4 scaner as not full package of software then thats fine...im not going to argue with you.
I understand different and many other aswell

1.
T6 2019 has VDO cluster with NEC +24CXX..
You can read writa immo data ..keys..mileage..with for example avdi ..
Dp4 can do km and buck up and restore immo ..eeprom..

2.
For me Full package of software for dp4 diagnostic scaner means one thing..
For dp4 that i purchased i will receive full software package for that scaner available from Elprosys..
So if scanner provides some function that needs addition license to be purchased then my dp4 i bought did not come with full software..
And thats the argument..
3.
About court case ..
Its not going there as between me and Elprosys we got agreement..
If you think im the fruit in this then the End of it is
My tool works as i expected to work..
That what matters for me ..[emoji106]
