Audi A6C6 checksum correction

Hi,

Have trouble with car. After reading Ecu with Ktag, Backup and ExtFlash dump received checksum error. Somebody can correct it, please?

Bosch EDC16CP34
3.0 TDI
SW:1037373736
SWup:4F0910401J 0030

Maybe somebody have this dump with/without dpf off?
