I saw from the first post what HU is about.
As I wrote, either you misread the eeprom or you read the other eeprom, both are 24C64. Because in the content you post, there is no trace of serial or pin code.

Yes, it would be very good to read the eeprom from the Cluster, but there you will have to disassemble the needles and the foil and you will have to be very careful with the foil for LCD. You better keep looking for the other eeprom in DVD, you will find it under the optical drive for NAVI, not under the one for Audio.
