Hello,

I have a problem with the Volvo V50, the car barely starts and works unevenly, someone previously replaced the injectors and said that they could not be coded to the car, I checked and in fact the controller does not accept new codings, and in addition, the error is displayed: incorrect check sum. Are you able to check if the software is actually damaged and if so, would you be able to fix it?

Injector codes are stored in eeprom, and if not coded car will work rough but you shod be able to drive.
My guess is you got injectors that are not for your car, they have different flow characteristics and will not work, but if you find out ECU hw and sw data from donor car (the car you got injectors form) it is possible to code duration maps to your ecu and you shod be fine (as long as injectors are in good condition and mechanically installed properly).
