No ecu communication after remap help

Hello, i bought M29F010CF-90memory and sockets, after installing sockets i put in original memory and it works, but when i programm m29f010cf-90 even with the .bin readed straight from original chips i have no connection with ecu
connection is only on original chips
m29f010cf-90 with original soft have no connection
pls help :banghead::torn:
